Toolbar

Suddenly the toolbar with the back and forward arrows, the home, refresh,
print, etc. icons is gone and I can't seem to find any way to get it back.
Can someone please help me?
 
Someone wrote and said to move the cursor to the right or left to show the
desired buttons and eventually I was able to achieve that and get the
settings back to where I want them.
