Windows XP Toolbar

Hey,

I saw this on my brother's linux machine - the toolbar at the top of the screen.

This is obviously the most sensible place for it, instead of shooting across the screen between the internet and toolbar.

Website's won't change their look, so when will windows move their toolbar to the top? It'll take a lot of getting used to, but in the long run make windows easier to use. Or is there already a program available which does that?

Just thought it was quite interesting...

When you say toolbar, what do you mean? The startmenu tool bar?

If so, you can already do that Right click on it and unlock the taskbar, then drag it to the top of your screen and lock it again

Install Linux and have it "free floating" then you can stick it anywhere.

okay so tried it for like 5 mins.....think i might give it a miss, I know it should be more efficient to use...just...errr...weird
