The IE6 toolbars won't stay where I put them. When I open
the browser, the address bar moves up to share a line with
IWon and gets pushed off the right side of the screen.
Tried changing the toolbar settings with no success. (The
new settings aren't being saved.) Running IE6 under
Windows XP Home Edition.
