toolbar right click messages

When I right click on icons in my toolbar the messages are partially hidden
behind the toolbar. How can I move them upward on my desktop so I can read
them?

Right click the taskbar>properties>check 'keep taskbar on top of other
windows'. If that doesn't do it, and it might not,
Go to start>all programs>right click any item in that list>sort by name and
repeat that one more time. Odd but true. What you describe is a well known
annoyance in XP. The second fix will work for a time, but eventually you'll
have to do it again.
