Does anyone know the registry key(s) for showing custom toolbars (windows), and the registry key(s)that state where about on the task bar they are positioned? I want to have custom toolbars, but only visible for certain users - but in our enviroment with around 20,000 users we automatically create accounts when users log on, and remove them when they log off. Ideally, I'd like to modify an ADM file to incorporate this sort of thing.

Help will be appreacrated!

ooh! Don't worry, I've found it. Though it doesn't look like it's going to be possible to include the entry as a policy file. - unless there is some guru out there who knows of a way :).

For anyone who is interested though, here is what I did:

set the toolbars up as I wanted them (two custom toolbars on the taskbar, one on the left, one on the right), then from RegEdit, I exported the hkcu\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\streams\desktop hive and keys and values to a reg. file. I then set this to be added to the default user profile at the T-13 stage of WinXP install from teh commandlines.txt so that all users would receive the required toolbars.

This would've been so much easier if there was a way of including this as a policy item..... :-|
