Toolbar recovery

Hello.

I have created and finished a database. I went to the
Tools...Startup and deselected "Allow Full Menus", "Allow
Built-in Toolbars", "Display Database Window", etc. The
problem is I can not get them back in order to edit the
database further. I tried holding down the SHIFT button
but that does not work. Is there another way to do this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Albert Kallal has a nice utility that allows you to browse to a database,
then enable/disable the by-pass key.
