Hi Bruce,
Can someone give me an idea how to keep my toolbar the way I customize it?
I just set it the way i want it and later or the next time i reboot it goes
back the way it was originally.
With so little information it's really not possible to do more than guess
1. Which version of Word are we dealing with
2. When you customize the toolbar, what are you choosing from the dropdown
list as the "Look in" or "Save in"?
3. Are you on a standalone, or do you use Word in a company with a network,
and network administrator?
4. Search for Normal.dot on your installation. Do you find it? Do you find
more than one?
