Toolbar Preferences file

What is the name of the toolbar preferences file? As the company powerpoint
guru lots of people request I set-up their toolbars to match mine. Shouldn't
I be able to copy a preferences file to achieve this rather then spending
10-15 min per machince "tricking it out"???
