My toolbar mistakenly moved to the side of my screen when my mouse fell. How
do I get it back to the bottom of my screen? I have already checked and it is
not locked, and I have alredy tried to drag it. Help???

Keep trying to drag it by placing the mouse cursor in different places on
the toolbar. You will get it eventually..

You mean the task bar?

Although the task bar is on the bottom by default, it can be on any of
the sides of the screen you prefer it on. To get it from one to
another, just drag it there (the way it got where it is is that that's
what happened when the mouse fell).

If the task bar isn't locked, dragging it *does* work. If it didn't
seem to work, you're dragging it strangely somehow. Keep trying and it
will work.
