toolbar oufjatickot

Ok here goes I've been using hotbar for years now i have
some how gotten ahold of a new intrusive toolbar feature
called "oufjatickot". It shows up under toolbars I can
find it to delete it does anybody know what this is and
how i get rid of the damn thing........ thx...
