Open any form in design view, and right-clock on any tollbar; select
Customize.
In the new window that pops up, select tab Commands.
In the left hand side (Categories) scroll down and select Toolbox.
Now on the right hand side (Commands) scroll down to find the desired
control; drag and drop it on the target toolbar, then click the Close
button.
