I am using Access 97.
I am having an odd problem with my forms...
If a user is keying in data, as long as they have filled in all KEY
fields, if they hit the toolbar (only certain icons) the record saves
and disregards all of the coding to the form.
For Example:
I have a form to enter Account Numbers.
The form also has the Department Bank and System Bank (among other
fields)... The two Bank fields are supposed to be the same, if they
are not, a message states they are not the same and the form is set up
not save until they are.
However, As long as the KEY fields are input, if they select an icon
(like unfilter) in the toolbar menu, the record saves with all
required fields missing and the data in the two bank fields unequal...
I am a little confused....
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Thanks for all who reply.
