toolbar is discolored

The toolbar on my IE 6.0 is discolored, its grey, but
distorted, it looks like its fried or something. Anyone
ever experience this?? Icons look normal, just the
greyish area

Does this symptom reproduce with Alt-PrintScrn?
If you save that image and view it on another machine
is the symptom still evident?
