Toolbar Images for Formatting

I am trying to design a toolbar on a form. I need to add images to a
ImageListControl. Where can I get the images that are on the Bold, Italic,
Underline
etc. buttons that are on a standard formatting toolbar?

I tried to send you an Excel routine that
generates "toolbars" with the FaceID number of most of the
images you may want..

I get a return msg that your e-mail (e-mail address removed)
doesn't exist..
