Toolbar Font Size

I am trying to figure out how to increase the size of my fonts in the
toolbar, address bar, and subject area. I cannot find anything about this
in the help section.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Right click a blank spot on the desktop and choose Properties | Appearance.
Change the font size for Icon.
