How can I add a command button on the Toolbar that takes me to a selected
Public Folder so that I don't have to scroll through my folder list to view
something such as a company wide calendar.

Robert,

Thanks so much for the quick response. I've been able to add the Public
Folder to the Favorites, but the goal is really to replicate the Mac
Entourage 2008 environment which has quick link buttons essentially just
below the File menu to places like Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, and the
Calendar located in the Public Folder. This is the reason for the custom
button on the toolbar.

I checked out the article and while I understand the concept of creating a
button and assigning a hyperlink, where does the hyperlink come from? Are
calendars in Public Folders typically available via a hyperlink?

Thanks Again.
Deanna

Outlook has a links function called Shortcuts that can have links to Outlook
Folders (inc Public Folders) as well as folders, drive, files etc. Bottom
left corner on your screen find the Shortcuts button.

Enable the Web toolbar to see the links to the folder. They are constructed
like this;
outlook:\\Public Folders\Favorites\Team Calendar Name
