Toolbar Buttons

I don't know if this is the correct forum, I have a
general Windows question, but I happen to be running
Win2K. How do I create custom toolbar buttons to add to
the existing windows toolbars? I know it can be done
because after I installed Yahoo Messenger, a button for it
appeared on my toolbar.

It depends on what application you're talking about. Buttons in IE, Windows
Explorer, and Office app? Your best bet is probably posting in a
programming group, depending on what language you're programming in.
