Toolbar blocking or elimination?

I have a growing problem with Yahoo and Google toolbars showing up on my
systems. Is there a good tool to manage these domain-wide, or something
good to block to disable them from loading?

They show up when updating Adobe Reader, Sun Java, Quicktime/iTunes,etc.
Although some do not consider that type of stealth installation
inappropriate, to me it's *malware*-like behavior.

By 'systems', are you referring to a business network or your own home
network ? If your own, you'll have to read through the installation
pages and UNcheck the boxes for Gloooglee and Yoohoo that are CHECKED by
Default.
I don't know how one would script this on a business network, though.

Imagine the uproar that would result if MS included the MSN toolbar in a
Security update ?
For some reason when Google, Yahoo, Adbobe, or Sun does it, it's
