Tool to clean up duplicate e-mails?

Anyone know of a tool that will clean up duplicate e-mails. I had to rebuild my computer and setup my accounts again. When I downloaded e-mail it downloaded a bunch of stuff I already had because I had "leave a copy of messages on server checked
