OK, this is really ticking me off. Why is it you can make
a silly mistake like bumping the mouse button as you move
through the tool bars and then all of the sudden, the
standard buttons show up above the file, edit, etc bar?
Then you try to look through customize, help and try to
replicate the problem and the damn thing stays the same.

Does anybody know the easy way to get the default tool bar
back, because I can't find it in any MS help that is
available, but that's pretty typical.

Yeah, I'm ticked because I've been trying to correct this
for 30 freaking minutes and you folks are my last resort
before telling MS to kiss my xxx and get another operating
system.

Thanks, and Happy Holiday Weekend,

Red

At the left end of each toolbar there is a vertical line. When you put your
mouse over it it becomes a double pointed or four way arrow. If you then
hold down the left mouse button you can drag it any direction you want.
After arranging them to your liking, right click the toolbar a click Lock
Toolbars.

Thanks Frank - that's the only place I hadn't clicked on,
but now I know how I shot myself in the foot.
