tool bar

When i return to windows after the screen saver comes on
my tool bar is not there is there a way to make it show
up without restarting my computer. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks
 
The Office toolbar? If so, you can restart it from
Start/Programs/Startup/Microsoft office shortcut bar.

This is NOT a solution, but a work around that works for me
