Tool bar disappeared

The Catskill Eagle

The tool bar has disappeared from my Inbox. I closed and reopened Windows
Mail and then tried re-booting, no tool bar although it is there when I
switch to newsgroups. How do I get it back?

Right click where it used to be, or View menu>Layout.
 
What happens when sending fails? Do you get an error message? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
