Too much info?

I have a large amount of info on one sheet and I don't want to add it to a
worksheet. I need it on 1 page. When I print it, some information is
missing.
 
How much information have you got? (number of rows and columns).

If you go to File | Page Setup you can tell Excel what your print area
is (in the Sheet tab) and you can specify that you want to Print to Fit
to one page.
