Some security program popped up on Vista Home Premium which I immediately
thought was a good idea. Now it blocks many of my start up programs. I want
to put some of them in an OK, do not bother list. Have been able to do it on
a temporary basis but not permanent. I am forever going into manage my add
ons. Since that time I have upgraded to Vista Ultimate because neither Home
Premium or Business gave everything I needed. Can someone please help me with
the whatever program I said yes to and how to make the startup I want to
work?

You're asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is first alphabetically in
the list of subjects - but it's for the database software Microsoft Access,
not for general computer questions.

Please scroll down the list of subject areas and repost your question in a
newsgroup for Windows Vista Home.
