Hi,
The Virtual Memory is out & The Volume icon is out of the tray, The Audio
Device cannot click it... The Sound cannot click it too... This is drives me
crazy up all the walls. The Windows Media cannot play too... it was fine
before But the Volume still not working... I need some help with that. Also,
I have Volume blocked from WGA. How can I get this damn off this?
I hope Someone has the same problem... Please send me the information How to
or How get this works?
Have a great day.
Thanks
Wendy

I don't understand "Volume blocked from WGA". What is WGA?

Yet, something elementary (or two) appears to be wrong:
- something that prevents your sound card from functioning, so that things
that depend on it don't work either;
- something is wrong with your hard disk, preventing your virtual memory
from functioning.

I could imagine faults on your hard disk (particularly surface damage) in a
crucial spot as a common cause, but it is unlikely.

You could investigate what is wrong by looking for yellow exclamation signs
in Control Panel | System | Hardware | Device Manager.
You could figure out the cause by remembering what happened between no
problem and the trouble.
You could check your hard disk (My Computer | C: | Tools | Check Now) with
at least the "fix" option checked (requires reboot) and perhaps later even
the "scan" option checked (takes hours).
You could consider a System Restore (Control Panel | System | System
Restore), particularly if a Restore Point exists during this period. Note
that this may undo the installation of programs, but it is unlikely to
destroy your documents.

Have someone with you whose logical reasoning you trust (rather than his or
her flashiness at the computer).
