Too Many Pop Ups

Within the past 3 days I have been getting an
astronomical number of pop ups. I left my computer for 1
hour and recieved 32 pop ups. This greatly slows down my
computer, not to mention how annoying it is. I was
interrupted 3 times already while writing this because a
pop up came up. If anyone knows how to prevent this I
would greatly appreciate a reply.

Installing a popup stopper in this case may not be complete answer.

OP may have a Spyware problem.
