I have three different locations in Explore where "My Documents" file is located. They all contain the same info. I have tried to delete the extras but when I do it deletes the other Document files as well. Are all these files taking up triple the space? and how can I get rid of the others
Help

I'm not exactly sure ... but I think with "My Documents" they exist once
even though it looks like it's multiple times. I don't think you need
to worry about it.

The All Users, Default User, and Your Name,
just point to the one file My Documents,
Do not Erase,

Dear Squire,

I do not quite understand your response to my question. Could you please =
explain a little more in detail?
Thank you for your help!

Your Actual "My Documents" Folder is here ("drive":\Documents and
Settings\"your-user-name"\My Documents) unless you have moved it.

The "My Documents" listed in a explorer window on the left hand side that
sits under Desktop is just your Desktop My Documents folder that points to
("drive":\Documents and Settings\"your-user-name"\My Documents) like a
shortcut points to a program from the startmenu and the same with the
"your-username" Documents folder that sits in a MY Computer window that just
points to ("drive":\Documents and Settings\"your-user-name"\My Documents)

They are not taking up any extra space your files are not doubled up so
there is no need to worry.
