Too many interfaces to fire from

Hey guy
Yeah i know lots of people have had this problem and especially with the JVC model video cameras - and mine
I have looked at the page which everyone suggests (papajohn) and is no help. Is there any available download to fix this problem with importing, or any other good video editing programs around
If anyone has any info, please get back to m

i too had the same problem with my jvc grd 50ek camcorder connected through
usb. i tried connecting through firewire and this has solved the problem.
