Too many explorer windows popping up jamming computer

When I try to click on iexplorer, it says there was a problem with IE and it
had to close, so I use a website I saved to desktop to go online, and it
opens up 3 windows to open up the website I origionally clicked on. Then, it
opens more, more, ect. Until it gets to 70, which I guess is the limit. If I
try to close any, it says something about a token. Right now I am
flabbergasted it is letting me stick with one window to write for help, and
its on 53 windows right now.

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware with
