Too many active connections

When I check my systems health in my Rogers Self Healing, it tells me I have
too many active connections.How do I find out what they are?My PC is healthy
but this problems needs attention.Thanks.
 
Generally it means network/internet connections, but since I know nothing
about 'Rogers Self Healing' I cannot be sure that is what this app means.
You should treat any software 'repair/system check' type utility with
caution.

It may mean that you have spyware/trojans on your computer that are
connecting to the Internet.

What antivirus software are you using?
What antispyware products do you have installed?

Get a "second opinion" by going to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and
do their free online scan.
