What is happening, with many of these positions, is the scum are perusing
the job sites and then calling to subcontract. They then pocket $15-20 per
hour themselves and get you to 10-99 at a very low rate.

This may not be one of them, but the fact the guy is spamming this group is
an indicator it very well could be. If so, I would stay away.
