That's true with all voting systems.
But, I recall that most winners of THG's RCA were pretty good.
At least, I used it as an aid. It was helpful to me.

Many regular oils and fats, become rancid with time.
Even this effort, was a bit smarter. They used mineral oil,
but noted the mineral oil was becoming cloudy after a year
of usage.
