Toggling 'Display Database Window' On and Off

I've turned off the 'Display Database Window' option and all the tool bars
and menus in the 'Start Up' Dialog Box in my application to see what the
finished product is going to look like. Now I can't turn them on again
because I can't see the 'Tools - Start Up' menu. How do I get back to the
application design view again?

Hold the Shift Key down while you open the database to get
the Datanbase Containers windown and standard MenuBar.
