Some of the names show up automatically in "To:" when I type in a few letters but some of the names doesn't show up at all even thou they are in contacts. I'm using Outlook XP, what can I do to fix it

There is nothing to fix.
Autocomplete does not use Contacts data.
It uses a cache created from messages you have sent. Just be patient.
