"Create the runtime distribution on the oldest OS you are supporting. So
instead of creating on your personal Win2000 Pro or Win XP Pro system create
the runtime distribution set on a Win 95 or Win98 system. Note that while
Access 2002 runtime might install on Win 95 it won't actually work. "

I see the above statement on your Microsoft Access ODE or MOD Runtime
Problems page but if I only have Access2002 installed on a Win2000Pro
machine, how do I create the runtime distribution set on a Win95 machine?

Karen

You get access to a Win95 machine, or format your machine as dual boot with
win95 / win 2k

While you've got an answer to your question, I just thought I'd point out
that Access 2002 will not run on a Win95 machine.

Well, I might have a problem then. I only have Access2002 but I have Win95
and Win98 machines that I need to install this Access database to. Now
what?!

Karen

If this is the case, when you do a Package and Deploy from Access2002, what
is the purpose of the folders System95 and SystemNT under the Runtime folder
?
