To Share a calendar

Hi everybody!

We are three friends in a domain and all of we use microsoft outlook 2003,
we do not have the server (exchange).
Each one of us have our self calendar but also we would like to shared
another calendar for every one.

How can we do? Is it posible?
Any ideas?
