To, Select Names listed by first names, want to list by company

Using Outlook 2002
Go to New Email, To, Select Names
I have 2 Contact folders: Contacts & Customers
1) Under Customers the list shows by the persons first name - I need it to
show by Company name
2) Under Contacts the list show by persons first name and others by business
- I need it to show by by persons last name and the rest by business
Is there any way to accomplish this? My main concern is with item 1
 
Look here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >
There you will see your only options for sorting the Outlook Address Book.
