Hi,

I installed photoshop CS3 in a desktop windows XP SP2 and the
installation of photoshop CS3 was not completed properly, so I need to remove
the previous installed copy and need to reinstall it, but when I tried to
remove it from add/remove programs it is not getting uninstalled.Even I am
not able to repair or reinstall the software, Please suggest how to remove
the software completely so that I can reinstall a copy and start using it. Is
there any tool available for that ?

Waiting for your favourable reply.

Hi Uwe,

I downloaded the windows installer and installed and removed the
photoshop related installations and even then I am getting the Photoshop
installed option in the "Add/Remove" window in control panel.

And also I am getting the "change" "remove" button in the control
panel and when I click that to remove the installation, It is not getting
removed and also I am not getting any popup window to remove the installated
software.

Is there anyway to remove the displaying installed software
options from the control panel, so that I will be able to proceed the new
installation. Please suggest.

Regards,
Potri Raaja.M.
