Thank you for trying to help me. Are you referring to the 2 cords that do
from the back of the screen directly into the computer? As far as the
Motherboard, that sounds like its inside the computer and I don't think I
want to trust myself with that. Is there any other solutions you have?

Take your computer to someone who has a clue about such matters.

And don't start a new thread with a different subject when you answer
someone's reply. Stay where you started. If you can't find your way
back, then maybe you don't belong at the keyboard.
 
There should be only one video cable
from the back of the monitor to the computer.

If you have a second cord it should be the AC power
cord.

If you have two video cables and an AC power cable
then disconnect one of the two video cables.

If the Video card is loose or not fully seated you
"may" be able to tell by gripping the video connector
any seeing if there is a wiggle or movement.
