To hide Files/Folders

When I wanted to hide a file/folder id right click the 1 I need then tick
hidden. Is there any programs for this but I DONT WANT ANYBODY TO KNOW ABOUT
THEM OR TO SEE THEM........

Anyone with a bit of knowledge can bypass hidden files.
