Open the message, go to view | options, and look at the internet mail
headers.

Sorry, no email replies. Ask in a newsgroup, read the answer in a
newsgroup - that way everyone can benefit.

In addition, note that posting your valid e-mail address in a newsgroup
post, or in your news account settings, is a surefire way to get spam and
SWEN and other viruses sent to you....see
http://www.mailmsg.com/SPAM_munging.htm for help in the future, but note
that now that your address is out there, there's not much you can do other
than changing your address.

Please Disregard the attachment to my last posting, that was not supposed to
be included and somehow attached itself.
Sorry about that.

Also try to find the IP address that is the closest to the "Send" box and
remember that IP addresses are very easy to forge in a header and might lead
you nowhere. Also at times, even the correct IP address, if you do a
TraceRoute or Whois will give you info on the ISP's Headquarters which will
not help you much, however you can at least get the email address for the
ISP so you can complain about the mail. Its usually (e-mail address removed)
(or net)
