To Do Bar Task List

If I recall correctly if I had a sub-folder in my task list then items in these sub-folders did not appear on the OUTLOOK2003 TaskPad list. This was either by default or I had somehow managed to filter them out. On OUTLOOK2007, items in tasks sub-folders are included in the To Do Bar Task List. I can't figure out a way to filter these items out.

Any ideas? Thanks.

What do you have set for your view in the TaskPad folder itself?

Milly,

I am not sure that I understand your question? What is the "TaskPad" view?

I have a "Folder List" on the left with a "Tasks" folder that contains a
"Sub Tasks" folder. If I click on "Tasks" the center view is a "Simply
List" that displays the list of tasks in the "Tasks" folder only. On the
right side, the To-Do bar has a task list that is showing the tasks in the
"Tasks" fodler and the "Sub Tasks" folder. I don't have anything in
Word2007 named TaskPad that I can find?

I would like for the To-Do Bar task list to show only the tasks in the
selected folder.

Milly,

I found a filter setting. Customize current view>Filter>Advanced>Field>All
Task Fields>In Folder

Conditiona "Is exactly" Value "Tasks"

Thanks.

Sorry - I meant the Tasks folder. But it sounds like you have it fixed?
