to disable group policy

i create a new policy in my local server to disable iexplore.exe files,but by mistaken i select "run only allowed windows application" instead of "don't run specified windows application"
so now the problem is the systen doesnt open any exe files except iexplore.exe in any user or admin account.
i need help
 
Can you logon to a "local" account on the computer and then do a "Run As"
with your regular domain account on the MMC and disable to GPO that is
prohibiting you from running all .exe's?
