hello..I have a laptop with win 2000 professional. when starts it is showing
the log on screen to the network (user - password and domain) - I want to
delete it and make it stand alone so I can access my regular desktop screen
every time I boot up the machine - any advice? thanks

Are you asking how to automate the logon process so that
you do not need to enter your user name / password?

I think he is looking for a Windows 95 style of having no login at all.
