Alan, I'm sorry -- I can't find your message ... can you please reply to
this message with the problem you're having with service pack 4? ... I'll
try to keep an eye out for it. In general, please try installing in safe
mode with all antivirus disabled, etc. If it's not successful, please
repost the last few lines of your svcpack.log file so that others may be
able to troubleshoot.
