To Block all the list except one or two server

Hi All,
I want to block all the mail sender except one or two id's
or one or two server. How can i acheive that?. B'cos There are lot of
unwanted exe which is downloading in my outlook express. Is it possbile to
block it?. And also there are lot of messages i'm getting from from
Microsoft .exe files.

Any Suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)
