To analyse particular user's email flow

Are there any tools that will help us analyze mail flow for a particular user/mailbox?

We have a number of users that receive 300+ messages a day. We'd like to setup metrics and analyze the common senders of those mass message receipts

For tracking and monitoring the users having emails of more than 300+ in numbers, I can suggest you a utility tool named Lepide Exchange Reporter which has the ability to perform these tasks. In this case you have to go to e-mail flow section and under that section you are able to select the users and in that go to received mails where you will be able to get the count of the number of the emails received for each users.
