To address Changes Upon Send

Recently I've sent two separate emails from Outlook 2007 that have resulted
in the email address in the To field changing when I hit send. I verified on
both occasions by re-sending and verifying the addresses and it re-sent to
the same switched email address. The addresses were not even close. Any
thoughts on how to rectify? I've tried Outlook dianostic, Norton Internet
Security scan, Windows Live One Care scan and SpyBot Search & Destroy with no
culprits found. Any insights appreciated...

Are you using the e-mail address in the nickname cache? Or the one you
selected for a record in your Contacts folder?
