Hi Bob...my version of TMPGEnc does not have the CRI Sofdec MPEG Decoder listed? version 2.521.58.16

In TMPGEnc, go to

Options -> Environmental setting... -> VFAPI plug-i

Make sure the box labeled "CRI Sofdec MPEG Decoder
is checked

Are you just using the Free version of TMPGEnc? Or did you pay for the
Plus version? The Plus version includes the decoder. Perhaps the free
version does not.
