Seaching Google for "tmntsrv.exe" suggests this is a vendor-supplied
file, associated with PC-cillin Real-time Scan. Do you have this
software installed? Right mouse click on the file and check properties
to find out what it is and go from there.
Maybe simply reinstall the application, or seek more info from the vendor.
